The agreement between you and Univation when you use the platform.

Draft โ not legal advice
This document was drafted from the systems this product actually uses and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have counsel review it before you rely on it or present it as final. Anything below that does not match how Univation really operates should be corrected rather than published.
By creating an account or using Univation, you agree to these terms. If you are using Univation on behalf of a school, university or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
To be completed: the legal entity you are contracting with, and its registered address.
To be completed: the minimum age to hold an account, and the rules for accounts held by minors.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the material you upload โ course materials, assignments, posts and profile content. You grant us the licence needed to host it, display it to the people you share it with, and process it to provide the features you use.
When you invite others into a class or community, you are responsible for having the right to share whatever you put there.
Univation includes AI assistants, AI mentors and AI-generated teaching material. These produce output that can be wrong, incomplete or misleading. Check anything you intend to teach, submit or rely on.
If you use the LinkedIn import to fill in your profile, you confirm the profile is yours and you are asking us to retrieve its public information on your behalf. The import is rate-limited, and imported details become part of your Univation profile, which you can edit or remove.
Paid plans grant entitlements โ the features and AI credits attached to that plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where an organisation holds a custom plan, the terms of that agreement apply to it.
To be completed: billing intervals, renewal and cancellation, refund policy, tax handling, and how much notice is given before a price change.
We aim to keep Univation available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides.
You may stop using Univation and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, or where continuing would expose us or other users to legal risk.
To be completed by counsel: warranty disclaimers, limitation and cap of liability, indemnities, governing law and jurisdiction, and dispute resolution. These clauses turn on the entity and the markets you operate in, so nothing is drafted here.
We will update this page when the terms change, and will revise the date at the top. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly before it takes effect.
